เรื่อง ชี้แจงกรณีการเผยแพร่ข้อความและภาพอันเป็นเท็จผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์

เรียน ลูกค้า คู่ค้า พันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ และสาธารณชน

            บริษัท โปรดักชั่น เซอร์วิส เอเชีย จำกัด (“บริษัทฯ”) ขอเรียนชี้แจงว่า ขณะนี้ปรากฏว่ามีการเผยแพร่ข้อความและภาพผ่านเพจเฟซบุ๊กชื่อ “Production Services Asia SCAM” โดยมีเนื้อหาในลักษณะกล่าวหาว่าบริษัทฯ, นายระวีซิงห์ เศรษฐีสุวรรณ กรรมการผู้จัดการบริษัทฯ และ Mr. John Lovejoy มีพฤติการณ์หลอกลวงผู้ใช้บริการ ข่มขู่ หรือเรียกเก็บเงินโดยมิชอบ บริษัทฯ ขอเรียนยืนยันโดยชัดแจ้งว่า ข้อความและภาพดังกล่าวเป็นข้อมูลอันเป็นเท็จ บิดเบือนข้อเท็จจริง และไม่เป็นความจริงแต่อย่างใด อีกทั้งก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อชื่อเสียง ความน่าเชื่อถือ และการประกอบธุรกิจของบริษัทฯ ทั้งต่อหน้าลูกค้า คู่ค้า พันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ และสาธารณชน

            ในการนี้ บริษัทฯ ได้ดำเนินการ รวบรวมพยานหลักฐาน และได้แจ้งความร้องทุกข์ต่อพนักงานสอบสวนไว้แล้ว เพื่อให้มีการสืบสวนสอบสวน ติดตามตัวผู้กระทำ ผู้ใช้บัญชี ผู้ดูแลเพจ ตลอดจนผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดทำ เผยแพร่ หรือสนับสนุนการเผยแพร่ข้อมูลดังกล่าว เพื่อดำเนินการตามกฎหมายจนถึงที่สุด ทั้งทางอาญา ทางแพ่ง และกฎหมายอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง

            บริษัทฯ ใคร่ขอความร่วมมือจากลูกค้า คู่ค้า พันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ และสาธารณชน โปรดอย่าหลงเชื่อ งดส่งต่อ และงดเผยแพร่ซ้ำ ซึ่งข้อความ ภาพ หรือข้อมูลจากแหล่งดังกล่าว เนื่องจากการกระทำดังกล่าวอาจเข้าข่ายเป็นความผิดตาม พระราชบัญญัติว่าด้วยการกระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ พ.ศ. 2550 และกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งนี้ หากท่านประสงค์จะตรวจสอบข้อเท็จจริง กรุณาติดต่อบริษัทฯ ผ่านช่องทางทางการของบริษัทฯ โดยตรง

            บริษัทฯ ยังคงดำเนินธุรกิจด้วยความสุจริต โปร่งใส และตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพอย่างเคร่งครัดเสมอมา และจะยังคงรักษามาตรฐานดังกล่าวต่อไป บริษัทฯ ขอขอบพระคุณลูกค้า คู่ค้า พันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ และผู้มีอุปการคุณทุกท่านที่ให้ความไว้วางใจและสนับสนุนบริษัทฯ ด้วยดีตลอดมา

Statement by Production Services Asia Co., Ltd.

Subject: Clarification Regarding the Dissemination of False Statements and Images via Social Media

Production Services Asia Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) hereby wishes to clarify that it has appeared that statements and images have been disseminated via a Facebook page named “Production Services Asia SCAM,” with content alleging that the Company and Mr. Ravi Singh Sethisuwan, the Company’s Managing Director, and Mr. John Lovejoy have engaged in conduct involving deception of service users, intimidation, or improper collection of payments. The Company hereby expressly confirms that such statements and images constitute false information, distort the facts, and are entirely untrue. Such actions have caused damage to the Company’s reputation, credibility, and business operations in the eyes of customers, business partners, and the public.

In this regard, the Company has proceeded to collect evidence and has already filed a complaint with the investigating officer in order to initiate an investigation, to trace and identify the perpetrators, account users, page administrators, as well as those involved in the creation, dissemination, or support of the dissemination of such information, for the purpose of taking legal action to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal, civil, and other applicable legal proceedings.

The Company kindly requests the cooperation of customers, business partners, and the public to refrain from believing, sharing, or further disseminating such statements, images, or information from the aforementioned source, as such actions may constitute an offence under the Computer Crime Act B.E. 2550 (2007) and other applicable laws. Should you wish to verify the facts, please contact the Company directly through its official channels.

The Company has always conducted its business with integrity, transparency, and in strict compliance with professional standards, and will continue to uphold such standards. The Company would like to express its sincere appreciation to all customers, business partners, and patrons for their continued trust and support.
